Back

centripetal

the inward force that acts on an object moving in a curved path, pulling it towards the center of the curve. It's like a cosmic hug, ensuring that objects stay on their graceful trajectories and don't wander off into the cosmic abyss. It can be calculated using the equation F = \( \frac{mv^2}{r} \). where m represents the mass of the object, v represents its linear velocity, and r represents the radius of the curved path.
